[plt-scheme] Advise debugging my srpersist connection (w/postgres)

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work very well (at least
with the iodbctest program.)  SrPersist does show that it
sees the "Test" DSN, but attempts to connect to it always
result in an "unspecified error".
