Indeed, it appears that "netglue" wasn't included in the distribution,
as it was supposed to be.

We'll get that fixed soon. Meanwhile, I've temporarily put a copy at

   http://www.cs.utah.edu/plt/netglue.sit

It goes in the "plt" folder, right next to the MrEd and DrScheme
applications.
