[plt-scheme] No network - no help

Greetings,

I recently upgraded from 200 to 201 on a Linux box
which intentionally doesn't have networking installed.
With 200 Help Desk worked fine.  But now when I try
to run help I get:

tcp-listen: listen on 8000 failed (No such file or directory; errno=2)

Is there a way for me to get Help Desk to work like it did with
200?
