[racket-dev] plt.git repository cleanup

I'm running a gc on the plt git repository, to make it smaller and
hopefully reduce cloning times too.  It will be back up in a few
minutes when it's done.

This would also be a good time to remove old plt forks that you might
have around and no longer need.
