[racket] Cool things in Whalesong: RaphaelJS!

Hi everyone,

The following is work that Jens Axel Soegaard has done: he's written
bindings for RaphaelJS in Whalesong!  The following is very, very
tentative, but it's so cool I can't bear to stay quiet about it.  :)

First, see the program source:

This is using some features that aren't in a released version of
Whalesong yet, and I'll produce another release sometime later this
week.
