[plt-scheme] Online Scheme Programming Environment

Hi Caner,

We have implemented most of this at Brown.  We'll be demonstrating it
at the Scheme Workshop in August, if not sooner.  In addition to the
client side, we also have server-side support implemented using Google
App Engine, and are trying out an innovative editor.

If you are interested in getting involved in our effort, let me know.
We have plenty of room for collaboration, and by building on our
infrastructure you wouldn't need to start from scratch.
