[plt-scheme] Using texpict or mrpict

Is there any documentation on using texpict?  I would like to generate a pict 
from latex and embed inside a canvas% or other container.  The closest to 
documentation that I have found is a doc.txt file.  That might be ok, except 
for the fact that the syntax is different in the actual texpict 
implementation and I have no idea which files are needed.
