Yes, it was your frequent mentions of this that made me wonder if
changes were afoot now that you weren't constrained by the report.  :)

Is there a document somewhere that explains in detail all the things
that are problematic about top-level definitions?  I have some
inklings (e.g. redefining primitives), but I'm not sure I fully
grasp its true hopelessness.
