Just because there is no book "on-hand" in the university's library does not
mean that you can't get any book you like through the library. In most
librarys this is called the "Interlibrary Loan Program". Find a few books
that you would like to review for their content before you actually purchase
one and place all on hold through your university's ILL. This will prevent
you from wasting money on a book that doesn't suit your needs. Process
usually takes from two weeks to a month.
