Looks like I&#39;ll need to enhance the TRing coverage of the Places API.  There is currently a few things done in typed-racket/.../base-env.rkt.  If one were to elaborate out the general Places api should it continue in base-env.rkt or done as a separate stand-alone modules in collects/typed/place.   Similar to what I did with Plot.<div>
