I'm not sure about 'twistie triangle hiding/folding' Maybe just a preference to adjust the error reporting? perhaps in the 'language' dialog.<br><br>The underlined trace hyperlink idea is good - people are familiar with hyperlinks in the browser and helpdesk<br>
