Changes in the new release include:<BR>
- A new manual is now included in the distribution; also available on<BR>
the web site at:<BR>

- A new pattern matcher for XML, 'xml-match', is introduced. This is<BR>
intended to eventually replace the old 'xml-rules/xml-case' pattern<BR>
matcher. In addition to the xml-match syntax, xml-match-let and<BR>
xml-match-let* are provided.<BR>
- Added a new module for syntax-coloring of Scheme code in HTML<BR>
(scm-markup.ss). (This syntax-coloring library is used for most of the<BR>
markup of Scheme code in the new manual.)<BR>
<BR>
xml-match is based on both the earlier xml-case pattern matcher in<BR>
WebIt! and the s-expression pattern matcher of Erik Hilsdale, et al. at<BR>
Indiana University. Details of the new XML pattern matcher are desribed<BR>
in the manual:<BR>
