[racket] DivaScheme plt broken, due to changes in GUI in v.6(?)

The newest version of DivaScheme I can find is:

    https://github.com/dyoo/divascheme

It was last updated 7 years ago - and was written for Racket 4.x.

Since then a lot has happened, so you most likely need to fix
several things.
