[racket] Rendering the PLT symbol in Racket?

Thanks Alexander & John

On further examination I'm not sure that direct-drawing particularly helps
me, but I appreciate the references (and the history).

I'll make sure that there's a nice effect for the design: just bear with
me, I'm not quite satisfied with what can be currently be achieved.
