[racket] PLAI WP page scheduled to be deleted

Bullet 4 seems achievable:

 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(books)

It's listed on my course web page and I think that's independent of the book.

Probably it's also listed at Utah.

Not sure how to actually do something to fix this, tho.
