[racket] Racket/Scheme on the Mostly Erlang Podcast

Hi Everyone

I am the host of the Mostly Erlang podcast and from time to time we like to
talk about other functional languages. I would like to have an episode on
Scheme and Racket in the near future. I was hoping that some folks form the
Racket community would be willing to join us via Skype to talk about scheme
and how to use it.

Ideally it would be nice to have someone who has been using racket for
production use and/or someone who has helped develop the language
