[racket] Error installing planet-neil-csv2

I just tried installing planet-neil-csv2 from within DrRacket, and I received the error below. I'm not sure if it's a problem with answering the "Would you like to install..." question, but I was never given the opportunity to type anything.

Any ideas?

I'll try installing those dependencies first, and see if that resolves the issue.
