[racket] v 5.93 Dr Racket Freezing

Yes, the memory limit. I agree. It does seem low. However, v5.3.6 of Dr Racket does function at that level, while v5.92 and v5.93 simply present the windows but with no functionality whatsoever. Worse yet, to restore that you have to go into v5.3.6 to reset the limit to something higher.
