I searched for R5RS, found the page <http://docs.racket-lang.org/guide/standards.html> and it's the first link in Sec. 23.2.1.   From <http://docs.racket-lang.org/r5rs/index.html> it looks like the link should instead be <http://docs.racket-lang.org/r5rs/r5rs-std/index.html>.
