[racket] (no subject)

Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit variants of Windows and/or Racket?

My guess is that "VLCore.dll" included with the "rosetta" package works
with 64-bit Windows (based on the path name), and you'd probably get
the error message below if you're using 32-bit Windows (or a 32-bit
variant of Racket on 64-bit Windows).
