There are lots of examples of `scribble/html` in the source of
racket-lang.org here:
https://github.com/plt/racket/tree/master/pkgs/plt-services/meta/web/www
and in my in-progress new version here: https://github.com/samth/new-racket-web/

Both of these use a rather complex and undocumented web site
generation framework, but that shouldn't prevent them from being
useful examples of scribble/html.
