[racket] missing documentation for racket-5.3.4

Sorry, this was partly my fault since I tested building from source. Make doesn't error out when raco setup fails, usually this is how I check for errors, so if it could do that I would be less likely to miss such errors.

In any case, Eli fixed the above error and uploaded new 5.3.4 installers/tars.
