[racket] DrRacket editor behaviour change

If you can figure out what it is that makes the auto-extend indicator go
away, then we can figure out how to proceed, I think. (That indicator is a
predictor of how control-n (and all the other movement keys) will behave
when next pressed so looking at it can make this much easier.)
