[racket] Beginner problem

Make sure that if you're using Picturing Programs, don't skip Section 0.3
in:

    http://picturingprograms.com/download/chap00.pdf

It talks about how to set up the software for the rest of the book.  You'll
need to do it in order for things like "circle" to work.
