[racket] Error during installation of 5.3.4.11

I could not install the latest nightly:

Checking the integrity of the binary archive... ok.
Unpacking into "/usr/racket-5.3.4.11-tmp-install" (Ctrl+C to abort)...
Done.

Error: installation failed

I chose "Unix-style distribution" and did not change the defaults otherwise.

The ELF is actually surrounded by several unrecognized characters.
