[racket] compilation error in parameter.plt

Hi,

parameter.plt (
http://planet.racket-lang.org/display.ss?package=parameter.plt&owner=dherman)
does not compile on the latest racket. I would like to fix it, but don't
have the required knowlege. I would appreciate some help.

Is there a way to push the fix back into the repository (other than
emailing the owner)?
