[racket] Requirements for OpenGL?

Oh, I didn't look at that page. I guess I was too fixated on that "gl" part that 
I didn't bother checking the GUI...
Anyway, the filesystem says that the files /usr/lib64/libgdkglext* were all last 
modified on January 20th. That is a bit too fitting for the problem to be 
coincidence, IMHO.
