Hello - In the documentation, section 14.2.1 on locating paths, a file "racketrc.rktl" is mentioned. I have just installed Racket on Windows 7. Should there be such a file, or is this a file made by various user-initiated procedures? I cannot find it on my system. Regards John Sampson
