[racket] Confused by augment and inner

The way I read it was the new function gets called instead of inner;

    (super-new)

    (super-new)
    (define/augment (hello greg)
      ;Call super here?

(send (new b%) hello "Bob")
-> Hello Bob!

Is this right?
