[racket] Final RacketCon Information

All -

RacketCon is coming up tomorrow, and I hope everyone is excited.
We're pleased to have two tutorials and a bunch of excellent talks,
and I'm happy to say that we plan to record all the talks and post the
videos on the web site at a later date.

We're also going to try a live Google Hangout during RacketCon, so
that people can watch the fun remotely.  The Hangout will be publicly
posted to my Google+ page:
