[racket] DrRacket crashes on W7x64

Can you provide more details?  It may help folks here figure out
what's going on.

What does the crash look like?  What version of DrRacket are you
using?  Does the crash happen with other versions of DrRacket?  Does
the crash happen in the middle of some program's evaluation?  Is the
system idling at the time?
