[racket] how do you use formlets?

Anyone care to share how they use formlets in practice?

I'm interested in example snippets of code and/or statements of what 
things you use formlets for.

(Reason I ask... As an exercise, I was trying to convert the 
``Continue'' document's blog app from "response/xexpr" to 
"response/html-template".  This app uses formlets.  There are several 
ways I could do formlets with "response/html-template", depending on how 
people use formlets.)
