[racket] Program works OK in DrRacket, not as an executable

Would you mind trying out 5.3.0.14? It is possible that a shift of a require from one place to another has cut back the size, but it is just a conjecture. 

[I scribbled the docs for the primitives and I added interactive examples to almost all of them.]
