Having thought about this over the weekend, I realized that if b is
(lambda () a) then (b) becomes an alias for a, so while I still
consider b a constant (function) it seems that it would be necessary
to treat it as dependent upon a such that if c is (b) it will
correctly track the value of a. Is this what you're getting at as well?
