[racket] question about client side http post

Thank you very much. Excellent debugging! Your code/confirmation gave
me the courage to look for other possibilities and resolved my issue.

The real culprit turned out to be a very silly mistake on my part,
which I am too ashamed to write here but

it was not due to -> (which would've thrown an error). That was a
simple typo while editing the email to the users listing. Since the
server was to send me back an email, I thought I changed the URL a
bit. Sigh.
