[racket] Program runs fine in console , but not in drracket.

You can temporarily make this error go away by selecting DrRacket menu 
item "Language -> Choose Language..." and then selecting "Dynamic 
Properties -> No debugging or profiling".

It will take a PLT person to determine why this error occurs.
