[racket] Project Euler now has a "Racket" language

Folks,

Project Euler now has the choice of "Racket" as a language.

If you, like me, were originally registered as a "Scheme" user (and you do
in fact use racket), you might consider changing language in your profile.

Currently there are about ten times as many people solving problems with a
pencil and paper than user racket. Let's change that.
