[racket] Clarification on licensing of Racket code?...

To be clear, since I got a business inquiry: there is no such thing as 
"NeilvRacket".

I meant to suggest with a joke that such a product *could* exist by 
Monday, and that one could pay out the nose for it, but that one might 
as well just use the official Racket instead.
