[racket] Package parameter using flat-get

Hello,

I am trying to compile the 'javascript' package which depends on the 
'parameter' package.
The 'parameter' package is using the function 'flat-get' which seems to 
be unbound.

I am using Racket 5.1.3.

What can I do?
