[racket] Installing

Huh, neat, thanks.  That page says you have to edit a config file, but
you can do it in Synaptic:  Settings → Repositories → Other Software →
Add...  and then paste in the APT line.

I still like the .deb one-click behavior though; is there a way to do
a one-click install with a .ppa file or something?
