[racket] Customize world window

Finally I think use GUI framework with Timer% class.
My goal is to display graphics (with plot library) in live with controls parameters.
Also I will look about FrTime language if we can insert plot image in this context.

Why do you need to extend the frame class?

I was thinking of this as a tool for the more sophisticated users who
want to go learn the big GUI toolkit.
