[racket] Google Challenge

Some clever students should show that the old ways of our people are not 
lost... and spend their (US) Thanksgiving weekend hacking Racket on 
"http://aichallenge.org/".

Besides the hack value and educational value, I think one can reasonably 
imagine that placing well in this competition would be a nice little 
addition to an undergrad's job-hunting resume or grad school application.
