[racket] How to make IE play nicely with Help Desk

I'm new to Racket and to this mailing list. Looking through the archives I
noticed that a few people have had trouble with Help Desk if they use
Internet Explorer because IE blocks active content in files stored on the
hard disk. Here's a way of stopping IE from doing that:-

o Open 'Internet Options' in Internet Explorer. The quick way is
to type ALT-T followed by O.

o Select the 'Advanced' tab and scroll down to the 'Security' section
     (it's the last one).

o Tick the checkbox against 'Allow active content to run in files on
     My Computer'.

o Click 'Apply', 'OK', etc. You'll need to restart Internet Explorer
to get the new setting to work.

Hope this helps.
