[racket] Three new builds
I downloaded the Win64 build. Generally things work fine. For example, the
tests in the science collection work fine - including the plots, etc. The
simulation collection runs fine for a while, but seg faults on some (very
numerically intensive) examples if I run them several times. But, it is
certainly a good start.
