[racket] problem with 5.1 dmg for mac?

Turns out, the standard microsoft solution resolved everything. I had
mounted an unrelated harddrive earlier, it had a couple partitions, and I
think it was improperly ejected, causing a few confusing things to take
place down the line. Glad to report my machine was the culprit.
