[racket] For new Racket users

For those interested in such programming "puzzles" a  good (and
"language-agnostic") website is http://projecteuler.net/ The puzzles are
mostly based in mathematics and may not be "as fun" as the python
challenge ones with their pictures and such, but I believe it is what some
of the responders here said they would be looking for.  In addition to that,
Racket is rather underrepresented on project euler (13/180,000 users)
