[racket] (Not really) a book on Racket

Hi all,

>From time to time I've taken a crack at writing a book on Racket. I
had big plans for it, but I've realised I don't have the time to

There isn't a lot of content but it might be of interest to some.

I'll make a website for it, but see the "don't have time" bit above.
Assume it's under some open source license ... err .. I think CC
Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike will do ... if you want to fork
it and add content.
