[racket] Macros and literal-id

Yes, see Neils response. I am not a cursing type, but I can imagine cursing
when recurring goes wrong. Going wrong happens to me all the time.

Are you sure that's what he meant? When I am writing syntax-rules, I often
recurse when attempting to recur.
