[racket] Typed racket and sort

My fault.

I'd copied the Racket v5.1.2 directory off of the .dmg using 'cp -R', for some reason I can't now recall.  This is on OS X.  That breaks it!  (which is odd, because I thought that 'cp' was these days fully resource-fork aware, and all that stuff -- clearly not).

Dragging it in the Finder, or using ditto, works perfectly.  Sorry for the waste of bandwidth.

This worked, too.
