[racket] Continuation based form filling

I have searched the archives and failed to find a paper I seem to
remember being referenced on this list about filling in multi-page web
forms with dependencies.

I guess continuations came into it, but it was not one of Shriram's papers.

Can anyone remember it and give me a reference?
